Buying From a Store Built on FrontMart?

If you purchased products or services from a merchant operating a store through FrontMart, please contact that merchant directly using the contact details displayed on that store.

Each merchant independently operates its own business, maintains its own inventory and handles its own orders, payments, refunds, returns, deliveries and customer support. FrontMart provides the software platform and is not the seller of those products.

If a merchant is unreachable or you believe a store is being used unlawfully, you may report the matter to grievance@frontmart.in.
